Mr.Ajay Bihari Sinha -Ga8 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application is that the persons with longer tenure are still continuing whereas petitioners have been transferred prematurely. He submits that earlier the petitioners were

Patna High Court CWJC No.24012 of 2018(6) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 transferred and when the petitioners have acted upon the transfer order, they have been subjected to fresh transfer. He submits that in terms of transfer order dated 15.5.2019 the petitioners have joined and they have worked. Considering the aforesaid facts situation, the Court grants liberty to the petitioners to file exhaustive representation address to the Principal Secretary of Health Department who shall look into the grievance of pick and choose in the matter of transfer and posting and will take appropriate action for transfer of those who are continuing at a particular place for longer period than the petitioners.

Necessary action for transfer of those continuing at a particular place for more than five years would be completed within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
