The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-926 of 2018 in which cognizance has been taken against him under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of having accepted the money for transferring a plot of land but the same has not been done.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the land in question has already been registered in favour of the son of the opposite party no. 2.
