2. Mr. Shantanu Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Bihar State Bar Council raised preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy of appeal before the Bihar State Bar Council under Rule 19 Sub-clause 12. He further submitted that the appeal, if any, filed by the petitioner will be disposed of by a reasoned order within the stipulated period as provided under the Rules. He further submitted that he will inform the learned members of the Bihar State Bar Council who are heading the committee to expeditiously decide the appeal within three weeks.

3. The petitioner is directed to file application for condonation of delay in filing appeal.

4. Considering the nature of grievance, the Committee may consider to condone the delay.

5. With the aforesaid direction and observation, the appeal stands disposed of.
