JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have given Chhebani blow, causing head injury to the informant but the informant sustained simple injury on his head, though the same is said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon. However, there is case and counter case between the parties and the alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute and moreover, petitioner also appears to have sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
