Mr.Manoj Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Sadar Hajipur P. S. Case No. 694 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 1240.56 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from Bolero pick-up vehicle. These petitioners were apprehended red handed while unloading the aforesaid liquor from the alleged vehicle.

Considering the recovery of huge quantity of the illicit liquor from Bolero vehicle which was being unloaded by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3693 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 these petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioners stand rejected.

Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. Petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after completing six months in custody.
