2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No. 54 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and five other accused persons surrounded the husband of the informant and the petitioner fired on the deceased, which hit the leg of the deceased and, thereafter, Furan and Saiful Ansari fired on him due to which husband of the informant died on spot. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

5. Learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. All the witnesses have been examined. The trial is on the verge of conclusion.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

9. The Court below is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.
