Nobody appears on behalf of the State.
The petitioner is languishing in jail since 20.03.2015 in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 153 of 2015 registered under sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC. The prosecution story in a nutshell is that during investigation of Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No 120 of 2015 it was revealed that the Principal and other teaching staff of the D.A.V. Public School were found involved in commission of forgery work inasmuch as they initially declared the students failed and after extorting money from them they were allowed to fill up the examination forms.

No.26617 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and similarly situated co accused has since been released on bail vide order dated 11.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25061 of 2015. Another co accused of this case has also been granted bail vide order dated 04.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25089 of 2015.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 153 of 2015 on condition that one of the bailors shall be own/close family member of the petitioner. As soon as the charges are framed, the petitioner shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in doing so on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall cancel his bail bonds.
