The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that on mobile no. 9430820757 from 9708752939 Rangdari of Rs. 5 lacs was demanded from the informant on several times on 19.08.2012 and 20.08.2012.The caller of mobile threatened to the informant that non-payment of demand of Rangdari to kill the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an Accountant in Indira Awas Scheme. The mobile of the petitioner was lost at the relevant time. It is further

Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of five months in custody. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in course of investigation. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail, after completion of five months in custody from 04.04.2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari in Raxaul P.S.Case No. 203 of 2012.
