2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 57 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 307, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, in the backdrop of a petty feud, the accused person assaulted the informant on his head with the butt of the pistol and when his son came to rescue, he was also assaulted. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Bhujali blow over the eyebrow, due to which the informant sustained injury.

As a matter of fact, the informant was selling psychotropic substances in his tea stall, which was prohibited by the petitioner and other accused persons, and being infuriated, he has falsely implicated them. He has submitted further that the specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted Rahul Kumar with Bhujali on his head, but the injuries are superficial in nature.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 57 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C.
