The petitioner is languishing in custody since 31.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant along with co-accused Basudeo Sah were found dismantling the parts of the motorcycles when the owner of the shop Basudeo Sah disclosed that this petitioner used to supply the stolen motorcycles.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from the shop of the Basudeo Sah. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Moreover, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24235 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 investigation has already concluded.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.50 of 2015.
