The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 435 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 3,4,5 of Explosive Substance Act, section 27 of Arms Act and section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In course of investigation name of petitioner has been figured. It has come that 10-15 extremists came and exploded bombs near the petrol pump causing extensive damage to the petrol pump. The petitioner is in jail since 27.06.2013.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25175 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Incharge- Additional Sessions Judge, IV, Aurangabad in S.
