That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of the benefit of Assured Carrer Progression and the Modified Assured Carrer Progression Scheme since the petitioner Superannuated from the post of Panchayat Secretary on 31.12.2018 from the Office of Respondent No. 5 without getting the benefit of A.C.P. & M.A.C.P."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1371 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Jehanabad for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Jehanabad shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
