Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3648 of 2019(6) dt.22-07-2019 2/3 22-07-2019 Since the petitioners of both the aforesaid cases apprehend their arrest in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 116 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 387, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, therefore, both the aforesaid applications have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

Learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant jointly submit that dispute between the petitioners and the informant have already been settled out of the court and, accordingly, the petitioners have handed over a draft of Rs.2.45 lacs prepared in the name of the informant Arvind Kumar Singh to the learned counsel for the informant today in the Court. Learned counsel appearing for the informant has no objection in allowing the prayer of the petitioners for grant of privilege of pre-arrest bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners {in Criminal Misc. No.3648 of 2019}, above named, vide order dated 25.01.2019 by a Bench of this Court is, hereby, confirmed. So far as the petitioner, above named, {in Criminal Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3648 of 2019(6) dt.22-07-2019 3/3 No.29025 of 2019} is concerned, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari, in Chakiya P.S. Case No.116 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
