Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it is submitted that when petitioner was arrested in this case, he was remanded in some other cases also. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
