The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 176 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 307, 323, 324, 325, 341, 354, 379, 427, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of land dispute. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties and also two Title Suit bearing T.S. No. 56 of 2015 and T.S. No. 44 of 2015 are pending before the Court below. It is further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is having no criminal

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarge on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 176 of 2019 on the following conditions:

"(1) Petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and shall remain physically present, as directed by the Court and on his absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.

(2) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses, in that case, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail."
