JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report but in course of investigation, some witnesses suspected that the gang of petitioner was involved in the present case and, after that, one co-accused Anand Kumar Singh @ Nandi Singh was arrested and made his confessional statement disclosing the name of petitioner and it appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 16.01.2016, but it appears that up till now, he has not been put on T.I.P.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15733 of 2016 (2) dt.19-04-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Raj Nagar P.S.Case No. 06 of 2016.
