2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 678/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim. The victim in her statement has said that she had eloped with the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
