Petitioner is in custody connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 370 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 325, 324, 307, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that petitioner and informant are neighbour.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2019. learned counsel submits that except section 307 and 379 of the I.P.C. the other sections are bailable. He also submits that section 307 and 379 are not attracted in the instant case. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5158 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 370 of 2019.
