Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Submission is that recovery of liquor is not alleged from the physical possession or from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Didarganj Police Station Case No.273 of 2020 with following conditions:

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15608 of 2021(2) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
