2. Learned counsel for the petitioner had approached this Court for a direction to be issued to the respondents to take steps to remove the encroachment alleged to have been done by

Patna High Court CWJC No.24530 of 2018(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 Respondent Nos. 9 to 11 over plot pertaining to Thana No. 227, Khata No. 1078, Khesra No. 3572, Mouza-Pipra, Jolhania which as per the petitioner is registered as Gair Mazarua Aam in the Cadastral Survey.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that they have filed a counter affidavit in which they have specifically stated that the encroachment in question has been removed and there is no encroachment as on date.

4. In light of the statement of the State Government that there is no encroachment existing as on date and whatever encroachment was earlier existing, has already been removed, this writ application is accordingly disposed of.

5. Petitioner is granted liberty that in case any encroachment takes place in future, he will have the liberty to file a representation before the District Magistrate. (Alok Kumar Sinha, J) Anushka/- U
