Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-376/511 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have made attempt to commit rape upon the informant, for which, the petitioner is in jail custody since 25-01-2016.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there was some dispute between the parties and as a mater of fact, when father of the petitioner went to concerned police station for institution of case against the prosecution party, the father of the informant got instituted the present case, taking the officer-incharge of concerned police station in his favour and after

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Goh P.S.
