The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation in F.I.R. three unknown miscreants looted Rs. 75,532/-(Seventy five thousands Five hundred Thirty two), Tab and documents along with the mobile, from the motorcycle of the informant. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. The name of petitioner sprang up in this case on confessional statement of co-accused persons. Moreover, the petitioner is remanded in this case from other case of Karja P.S. case No. 260 of 2022. He is languishing in judicial custody since 16.09.2022. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for Bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
