The petitioner, in this writ petition, seeks direction to the Collector to inspect that by the side of the brick kiln of the petitioner respondent No.8 is running another brick kiln in the name of Hira Brick Kiln without obtaining any license from the Mines Department and NOC from the Bihar State Pollution Control Board.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate,

Patna High Court CWJC No.2505 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Vaishali at Hajipur and the District Mines Officer, Vaishali at Hajipur to hear the grievance of the petitioner and if it is found that respondent No.8 is running brick kiln in the name of Hira Brick Kiln without obtaining license from the Mines Department or NOC from the Bihar State Pollution Control Board necessary action be taken against him within four months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
