Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as various sections of the Arms Act.
One country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner along with his associates assembled at railway platform with an intent to make preparation for committing dacoity.
Firearms were recovered from other accused but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is a student and does not have any criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that, as a matter of fact, he was caught by the police on mere suspicion and implicated the petitioner in the present crime.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as

No.14556 of 2016 (2) dt.11-04-2016 submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in GRP Biharsharif P.S.
