JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 910 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 93.40 liters liquor from the straw house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case and recovery of liquor, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather he
