Mr. Ajay Mishra, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant, who is the Investigating Officer Vigilance, alleges that during the course of verification of document for teacher from 2006 the petitioner's documents were verified and the document of Intermediate Arts Examination

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5141 of 2022(2) dt.18-08-2022 2/3 (Mark Sheet and Provisional Certificate) held in February 2007, wherein she had been placed in the first division was declared fake and forged by the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that presently the verification has been done electronically, the physical verification of the document in person has not been named, it is next submitted that petitioner is a genuine teacher and her documents are not fake, if the matter will be investigated in its correct perspective the truth will come out.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Tandwa

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5141 of 2022(2) dt.18-08-2022 3/3 P.S. Case No. 63 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

The present order shall remain in force only till filing of charge-sheet, in the event, if charge-sheet is filed against the petitioner then the present order shall come to an end.
