Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner appears to be only order-giver and it was co-accused, Chandan Yadav, who opened fire on the informant. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 26.01.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that co-accused, Chandan Yadav lodged counter case against the prosecution party, let the petitioner be released on bail on
