JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of petitioner surfaced in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Md. Juber Bholu. Petitioner is in jail custody since 23.01.2016 but it appears from the impugned order that up till now, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
