JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 406 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is of recovery of 17 and odd litres of foreign liquor from the house of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from his house. Further, submission is that she has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 24.11.2019 and chargesheet has been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Buxar, in connection with Dumraon P.S.
