Some fish plates and stolen railway property are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and besides it, one country made katta is also said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 6.11.2014.
No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking into consideration the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni, Begusarai in Barauni R.P.F. Case no. 11/2014.
