JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2023 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the final order passed by the Circle Officer, Kalyanpur, District-Samastipur, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in connection with Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2014-15, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7476 of 2017(2) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall examine the same without being impeded by the issue of limitation and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, forthwith.
