The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of non-execution of sale deed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5127 of 2022(6) dt.27-09-2022 2/3 respect of a land for which the informant has paid Rs. 7,03,000/- as consideration amount to petitioner No. 1, whereas petitioner Nos. 2, 3, 4 are the witnesses in respect of handing over the consideration amount to petitioner No. 1.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that good sense has prevailed between the parties and the matter has been compromised.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant does not controvert the submission made on behalf of the petitioners and submitted that both parties have compromised the matter and a petition to that effect has already been filed before learned Court below. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, except petitioner No. 2, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of
