JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to remove crash barrier from the approach road connecting the house of the petitioner situated at mohalla-Brahmpura, Ward No. 7, flyover, Muzaffarpur.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
