JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 1.4.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that from the informant's bank account Rs.14,700 were withdrawn. During investigation, it was found that from the informant's account Rs.14,700 were transferred to the account of the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's ATM card was also stolen for which Pandaul P.S. Case No. 183 of 2014 was lodged on 14.9.2014 and thereafter the present case was lodged on 15.9.2014. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 119 of 2014.
