The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No. 15 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 26(1) & (2) and 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner was running an illegal mini gun factory and a large number of arms and ammunition were recovered, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
