JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 03.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 315, 323, 341, 498(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner along with the inlaws of the informant assaulted the informant leading to termination of her pregnancy.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is a family friend of the in-laws of the informant, hence he has been roped in the present case. A statement has been made in para 7 of the petition that there is no injury report suggesting termination of pregnancy of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 306 of 2014.
