JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who died within one year of her marriage and in post mortem examination it was found that her death was caused by asphyxia due to hanging. There is allegation of demand of dowry as well as torture.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I do not think it proper to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Allauli P.S.Case No. 49 of 2013, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
