JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawanagar (Sonbarsa) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Allegation is of recovery of 50 litres of mahua liquor from the house of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered either from the house of the petitioner or from his possession. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 26.11.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7786 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Buxar, in connection with Nawanagar (Sonbarsa) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2019.
