This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Parbatta P.S. Case No. 53 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this regular bail application is dismissed. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after one year if there is no substantial progress in the trial. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
