This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Karai Parsurai PS case no. 98 of 2023, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, Mr. Samir Kumar Bharti, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the petitioner has been arrested in another case.
