Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-121A, 121B, 120B & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code, Sections-3/4 of Explosive Substances Act and Sections-16, 17, 18 & 23 of UAP Act.

No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but petitioner was neither caught at the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession.
