2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 379, 385, 147, 148, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner and 10-15 unknown persons assaulted the informant and snatched his cash of Rs. 40,000/-. It is further alleged that when grand son of informant came to save him (informant), he was also assaulted.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons and so far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus

As a matter of fact, on the alleged date, the informant was going with his grandson on motorcycle, which dashed the motorcycle of co-accused Mukesh Yadav, due to which, some altercation took place between them and when co-accused Mukesh Yadav demanded money for damage of his motorcycle, the informant has lodged this false case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, District - Nalanda in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
