2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 118(1), 303(2), 308(2), 351(3) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 10.09.2024 at about 1 PM, the informant was at his field for construction work, co-accused Buddhdeo Prasad Arya and Indradeo Prasad Arya alongwith 8-10 unknown persons came and demanded Rs. 10 lakhs, as Rangdari, and on refusal, they assaulted him with iron rod and butt of pistol, due to which, informant sustained injury on his forehead and eye. It is further alleged that when wife of informant came to save her husband, she was disrobed by accused persons and accused persons also snatched gold chain from her neck and Rs. 15,000/- from pocket of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he has been dragged in this case only because he was care taker of disputed property. Specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons. Present case is counter blast of Kalibagh P.S. Case No. 136 of 2024, which is earlier in point of time.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Kalibagh P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
