Petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, nothing has been recovered either from his house or his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Session Judge, Jamui in connection with U.A.Case No. 60 of 2015 arising out of Jhajha P.S.Case No. 63 of 2015.
