2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 414, 353, 307, 332, 333, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 25(1B)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Brahmpur (Nainizore) P.S.Case No. 584 of 2022.

3. The petitioner was found to be involved in illegal trade of liquor. On being raided and chased, the petitioner along with other accused persons, fired indiscriminately at the police personnel.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not arrested at the spot.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13317 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 Nothing was recovered from his possession. The name of the petitioner has figured in the confessional statement of coaccused and on similar footing co-accused Rahul Tiwari and Surendra Yadav have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Benches of this Court.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur (Nainizore) P.S.Case No. 584 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
