Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, one co-accused Aftab Alam was arrested and disclosed that the planning of the present occurrence was made at the shop of the petitioner and after that, the petitioner gave his motorcycle for using the same in the alleged crime. It appears that except the aforesaid material as well as confessional statements and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is to be nothing against him.
