2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the present writ petition has been filed due to non entering the name of petitioner in the records of right that is to say the dispute is relating to Dakhil Khariz of the name of petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that liberty available to the petitioner is under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 (Bihar Act 23 of 2011) by filing application with all his relevant document before the Circle Officer.

In this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner that he shall avail remedy before the Circle Officer, Tarari, District Bhojpur with all his relevant documents within four weeks from the date of passing of this order. The Circle Officer, Tarari, District Bhojpur is directed to pass reasoned and speaking order within 60 days thereafter upon hearing all the concerned. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Ritik/- U
