JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parasi P.S.Case No. 56 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 323, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting by rod on the head of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is land dispute between the parties and furthermore, injury is found simple in nature which will appear from para-67 of the case diary.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

Case No. 56 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
