The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 332, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of creating hinderance in discharging the official duty of police personnel. As per allegation in the FIR, when the police party arrested one Vinay Ram (Accused in Patepur P.S Case No. 269 of 2023), petitioner along with other persons started abusing the police party and attacked on them. They

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and being the brother of Vinay Ram (accused in Patepur P.S Case No. 269 of 2023), he has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the allegation levelled against him is general and omnibus. It is also submitted that petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 14.11.2023. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for Bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 271 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees
