The petitioners seek their bail in a case registered under Sections 414 of the IPC.

The prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 16.1.2015. The petitioners are in jail since 29.4.2014. The petitioners have already remained in jail for more than one year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Ashish Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No.185 of 2014 (Tr.No.5340/2015).
